Our Client is a leading agricultural supplier company in the Munster area who have diversified and developed, and offer a broad range of agricultural hardware products for their customers across five retail stores.
Now seeking a Retail Operations Manager for their store based in North East Cork, the successful candidate would be expected to build good working relationship with staff & customers, identify sales opportunities and take full responsibility of the daily running of the business.
This is a full time, permanent, senior position within the company.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day management and operation of the store
Lead and support other store managers
Purchasing all hardware stock for the retail stores
Inventory management and stock control
Analysing sales figures
Managing staff, including recruitment and training
Marketing promotions
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and legal legislation
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role
Product/retail knowledge is essential
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal & IT skills
Remuneration
Very attractive remuneration package for the right candidate depending on experience
