The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Connector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities. This role involves connecting community members with disabilities to various recreational programs, fostering a sense of belonging and promoting active lifestyles.
Professional Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
* Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a recreational setting.
* Strong organisational and coordination skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of local community resources and services.
* CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
* Full Clean Driver's License is essential.
