Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Social Care Workers and Assistant Support Workers. We provide care to people who avail of our service, supporting them in developing and upskilling to provide high-quality care. The role involves maintaining professional working relationships with colleagues and Service Users while contributing to enriching their lives.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be afforded all necessary training and development in line with the role. They will work over a 7-day roster involving shift work, providing care and support to Service Users on a day-to-day basis. This includes supporting them with daily plans, education, skills development, and achieving personal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting people with their daily plan
* Supporting people whilst in the community
* Supporting people with their education, skills development, and achieving personal outcomes
* Being familiar with and adhering to all Company policies and procedures, standards, regulations, and codes of practice in so far as is reasonable and practicable
Requirements
Assistant Support Worker: No qualification required (All necessary training provided)
Social Care Workers: Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline
Relevant life experience would be desirable but not essential.
A good attitude to work and passion for supporting people are essential.
