Key Responsibilities:
* Content & Social Media
: Create, schedule, and optimize engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels to attract travelers and increase awareness.
* Growth Marketing
: Support the execution of growth strategies, including SEO, paid media (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads), and influencer collaborations.
* Community Engagement
: Help build and nurture the Tripjoin community by managing interactions, supporting trip participants, and fostering user-generated content.
* Campaign Management
: Assist in planning, launching, and monitoring digital campaigns aimed at user acquisition and retention.
* Market Research
: Conduct analysis of trends, competitors, and customer behavior to provide actionable insights.
* Performance Tracking
: Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
* Brand Development
: Contribute ideas for strengthening the Tripjoin brand identity, storytelling, and customer journey.
