Role & Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of medium to large-scale projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, residential and workplace
* Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, providing technical and design leadership throughout all RIBA stages
* Oversee project delivery using Revit (essential), with experience in BIM Level 2 workflows
* Maintain and build strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact across multiple projects
* Contribute to strategic practice development and team growth
* Support junior staff development and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
Required Skills & Experience
* RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect with 10+ years' post-qualification experience
* Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects in Ireland or the UK
* Strong technical and design expertise, with site experience essential
* Proficient in Revit - this is a must-have
* Excellent team leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Commercially aware with good client-facing experience
* Ambitious, motivated, and eager to take the next step in their career
* Eligible to work in Ireland, with a full driving licence.
