OverviewTransformation & Change ConsultantDublin (2 days onsite per week)8-month day-rate contractI am currently recruiting for a Transformation & Change Consultant for a highly regulated client based in Dublin, to support a critical business and regulatory change programme.This role will play a key part in driving structured change across complex stakeholder groups, ensuring adoption, compliance, and measurable outcomes across the organisation.The RoleLead and deliver change management activities across large-scale transformation initiativesPartner closely with senior business leaders, programme teams, and regulatory stakeholdersDevelop and execute change strategies including impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, communications, and training plansSupport business readiness and adoption across multiple workstreamsEnsure all change activity aligns with regulatory, risk, and governance requirementsTrack and report on change effectiveness, adoption metrics, and risksAct as a trusted advisor to programme leadership on organisational change and transformation best practiceSkillsProven experience as a Transformation / Change Consultant within highly regulated environmentsStrong understanding of structured change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR etc.)Experience working on large, complex transformation programmesExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levelsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal
