We are currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Financial Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts and financial management, with excellent computer skills particularly in Microsoft Excel.

Main Responsibilities:
* Process supplier invoices accurately, ensuring they are correctly coded and authorized.
* Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery dockets.
* Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
* Act as the primary point of contact for all supplier account queries.
* Generate customer invoices and issue monthly statements.
* Allocate incoming payments to customer accounts accurately.
* Manage the credit control process, including proactive communication with customers regarding overdue payments.
* Maintain organized and accurate financial records and filing systems.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an accounts or finance role.
* An Accounting Technician (IATI) qualification or part-qualification is highly desirable.
* Proficient in the use of accounting systems and software.
* Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
