About the RoleYou will lead a team of accountants within our Client Services function, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong risk adherence, and a motivated, high-performing team. You will oversee client relationships, enhance operational standards, and continuously drive improvements in processes, systems, and team capability. Qualifications
What you'll bringYou are a qualified accountant (CAI, ACCA or equivalent) with strong technical knowledge across IFRS, UK GAAP, and US GAAPYou have experience managing client relationships and delivering services across multiple portfoliosYou have excellent Excel skills and the ability to review and interpret financial models effectivelyYou bring experience developing and upskilling accounting professionals, fostering strong performance and capability growthYou communicate clearly and effectively, with the ability to work across teams and operate confidently as an escalation point
