Inside Sales Specialist Laboratory Sales Division | Medical Company Our client, a well-established and growing medical company, is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join their Laboratory Sales Division.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with experience in inside sales, ideally within the medical, laboratory, or surgical sector.
Key Responsibilities Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts through inbound and outbound sales activity Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the laboratory and healthcare market Build strong relationships with laboratory professionals, clinicians, and procurement teams Promote and sell laboratory products and solutions, ensuring a high level of product knowledge Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and manage the sales pipeline through to close Work closely with field sales, customer service, and internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience Maintain accurate records of activity, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM systems Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets Key Requirements Proven experience in an inside sales role (B2 B preferred)Strong phone-based selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment Confident communicator with a professional and consultative sales approach Results-driven, self-motivated, and highly organised Desirable Experience Inside sales experience within a medical, laboratory, diagnostics, or surgical company Familiarity with laboratory products, consumables, or healthcare solutions Experience working with CRM systems What's on Offer Opportunity to join a respected medical company with a strong market presence Supportive team environment with training and development Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Career progression opportunities within a growing sales division Interested candidates are encouraged to apply via Linked In or contact us directly for more information.
