Your New Role
* Support the implementation of training strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Coordinate logistics for training events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment requirements.
* Maintain and update learning management systems to ensure accurate course content and tracking.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* A relevant third-level qualification or equivalent experience in a related field.
* Proactive and capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Experience with learning management systems and a passion for continuous improvement will be beneficial for this role.
