Job Title: Support Services Coordinator
About the Role:Nua Healthcare Services is a leading provider of social and healthcare services. We are seeking an experienced Support Services Coordinator to join our team in Residential Homes on a part-time or full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to management teams, preparing briefs of tasks and duties, managing appointments, updating risk management plans, issuing daily planners and key working sessions reports. They must also ensure that all incident reports are completed for the previous week.
This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills both written and verbal with high attention to detail ensuring accurate data entry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential as well as experience working in similar roles within health-related sectors.
