About the Role
eir evo talent are looking for a hands-on and commercially driven E-commerce & Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimisation of our clients e-commerce shop as well as our corporate website.
This role will own the end-to-end digital product lifecycle — from platform selection and UX optimisation to product curation, vendor management, and analytics — across all online customer touchpoints.
You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, technical, and logistics teams to drive digital sales, ensure a seamless customer journey, and improve engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of e-commerce platform, integrated into the main website
2. Manage the e-commerce product roadmap and backlog from concept through delivery
3. Collaborate with developers and/or third-party platform providers.
4. Own the digital customer journey: product discovery, checkout, payment, delivery tracking, and returns
5. Source and manage relationships with manufacturers and distributors
6. Drive product curation and pricing strategy.
7. Oversee onboarding, stock management, and fulfilment coordination
8. Take ownership of performance across the companies digital platforms including the e-commerce store, corporate website, and landing pages
9. Work closely with the marketing team to execute and refine strategies, Google Ads campaigns, and Google Shopping feeds.
10. Collaborate on digital performance campaigns (paid social, display, PPC) to drive traffic and optimise ROAS.
Requirements
Must-Haves
11. 3+ years of experience as an E-commerce Product Manager or similar role
12. Proven experience launching and managing digital shops (B2C preferred)
13. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce)
14. Experience working with hardware/device vendors and sourcing consumer electronics
15. Solid understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, PPC, retargeting, analytics)
16. Strong commercial acumen and user-first mindset
17. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
