Our client, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking a Head of Marketing & Business Development to lead its Ireland team. This senior role will shape and deliver the firm's growth strategy, working closely with partners, senior leadership, and international colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Driving marketing, business development, communications, and events aligned to business strategy.
- Leading client development, pitching, and targeting programmes to grow key relationships.
- Coaching partners and embedding a strong business development culture.
- Managing and developing a high-performing MBD team.
The ideal candidate will have
- 10+ years' senior marketing/BD experience, ideally within professional services.
- Proven success in delivering business development strategies and campaigns.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- A commercial, collaborative, and hands-on approach.
