Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this post is to be responsible for developing strategies to enable increased patient partnership across the Hospital. The post holder will play a vital role in building and strengthening relationships with patients, their families and staff to enable patient partnership and improved outcomes for patients.
Essential Criteria
* Must have a third level qualification relevant to the positon
* Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare or similar environment
* Expertise and evidence of partnering with patients and service users in the design, delivery and management of projects and programme within a health and social care context
* Experience of leading and managing projects in a complex healthcare and/or social care environment which partner with patients and service users
* Experience and evidence of managing and working in partnership and collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders and subject matter experts in including patient and service user representative groups
* Evidence of working in collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders e.g. service users, government departments, senior managers, trade unions, NGO's and Advocacy organisations
