Job Title: Plant HR Advisor
A key role in our organization, the Plant HR Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional day-to-day support to plant operations. Reporting directly to the Regional HR Business Partner, this position plays a pivotal part in driving employee engagement and fostering workforce planning initiatives within the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with various stakeholders including HR Advisory and Centre of Expertise teams.
* Serve as the first point of contact for all plant-related human resources activities.
* Maintain strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and continuously evaluate performance metrics to ensure outstanding service delivery is achieved.
Password two monthly updates on the plants progress in supporting HR activities conducted by COEs.
A crucial aspect of this job involves recruitment processes.
