Responsibilities
1. Assisting the global finance team in regulatory filings across various jurisdictions Millennium operates in
2. Assisting in closing the monthly books and records across different regions including North America and EMEA
3. Assist in performing reconciliations and cash management for Millenniums global managementpany accounts
4. Assist in financial statement preparation and guiding audits topletion.
5. Assist in preparation of internal management reporting materials.
6. Assistance with Global finance projects and process improvements.
7. Flexible approach to meet the changing needs of the team.
8. Identify and make suggestions for efficiencies and improvements when performing work.
9. Work closely with the Global finance team to assist in preparation of other ad hoc items
Qualifications/Skills Required
10. Minimum of 3 years in a Finance or Accounting Role, preferably within a large accounting firm or in a relevant industry
11. Relevant accounting qualification
12. Experience working with or in large corporate organisation
13. Excellent analytical skills and judgment
14. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills
15. Strong technical proficiency with web applications and MS Office
16. Ability to multi-task as well as meet short deadlines in a demanding environment
17. Proactive individual with strong interpersonal and client service skills
18. Detail oriented; demonstrates thoroughness and strong ownership of work
19. Strives to drive continuous improvement
