Room Leader – Full Day ChildcareWhat You'll Do:Lead a vibrant early years room, implement a child-led curriculum, and support children's development through meaningful play—indoors and out. You will guide your team with a strong understanding of Aistear and Síolta.Requirements: Minimum Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (or equivalent) Experience in curriculum planning and team leadership Passion for outdoor play and child-led learning Available 3, 4, or 5 days per weekThis position is open to both internal and external applicants.2. Early Years Practitioner – Full Day ChildcareWhat You'll Do:Support young children in a nurturing, play-based environment and contribute to a curriculum guided by Aistear and Síolta.Requirements: Minimum Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (or equivalent) Kind, responsible, and enthusiastic approach Enjoy being outdoors and working as part of a team Available 3, 4, or 5 days per week3.
