Stryker Neurovascular is an ambitious division aiming to cement its position as the Worldwide Leader in Complete Neurovascular Care. Our products and services support physicians to treat patients with ischaemic and haemorrhagic conditions. This role focuses on maintaining existing business and developing new sales opportunities within Neurovascular accounts, solving product questions on site, and guiding staff on the proper use and maintenance of Stryker NV products.
In this fast-paced role you will contribute to healthcare improvements by selling Stryker products and supporting customers in a way that aligns with our values of integrity, accountability, diversity and inclusion, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
* Develop relationships with existing hospitals, labs and customers.
* Prospect potential new customers and/or users of Stryker NV products.
* Develop technical skill levels for in-servicing clinical staff.
* Introduce new products in line with launches and training plans.
* Secure and/or renew orders by coordinating product availability, delivery dates, inventory levels and consignment management.
* Maintain open communication with current and prospective customers on programs and Stryker NV products.
* Increase account penetration via value-added programs across AIS, Access and Core Hem franchises.
* Develop partnerships by building strong relationships with physicians, lab staff, lab supervisors and purchasing personnel.
* Attend interventional procedures when requested by the physician.
* Monitor sales plan for the assigned territory in coordination with the Country Sales Manager.
* Use the appropriate sales tools and be prepared to travel as necessary for position and product line support.
* Build growth plans for future incremental activity in AIS expansion.
* Participate in Quarterly Business Planning, Account Planning and local Market Modelling.
* Develop UK/IRE KOL strategy via assigned local KOL network.
* Maintain high level of technical expertise on Stryker NV products and keep updated on new products or services.
* Provide feedback to country Sales/Marketing managers on market receptivity or issues learned from customers.
* Maintain knowledge of market trends and environment; attend industry trade shows/events as assigned and follow up on leads.
* Maintain accurate records of sales expenses, customer files and field sales reports; communicate required information as needed.
* Adhere to legal and ethical standards and report any code of conduct issues through appropriate channels.
* Engage in Quality & Compliance training and support a work environment of continuous improvement.
What You Need
* B.A. or B.S. degree ideally in a science or business-based subject (or equivalent experience).
* 3+ years Medtech sales with a proven track record.
* Ownership mentality and a coachable, growth-oriented approach.
* Strong drive to succeed and win.

* Team player with leadership experience within a team or community.
* English language proficiency.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Valid driver’s license.
