As a Care Assistant, you will be working closely with nursing teams to provide personalized care and support to patients and residents. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and promoting independence and dignity.
About the Role:
* Assist patients and residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
* Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver person-centred care
* Support patients and residents with dignity and respect
Requirements:
* QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support qualification
* Up-to-date certificates in People Moving & Handling, Infection Prevention & Control, and Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults
* Two recent professional references
* Valid permission to work in Ireland
