Role information: As a SPA Associate, you will help create a serene, welcoming, and impeccably maintained spa environment. Your role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring smooth daily operations. You will: Welcome guests warmly and manage check-ins/outs with professionalism. Explain spa facilities, etiquette, and policies clearly. Handle locker allocation, guest belongings, and spa flow with care and accuracy. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all spa areas, including wet zones. Support bookings, modifications, and payments using Opera & Trybe systems. Anticipate and respond to guest needs with discretion, sensitivity, and confidentiality. Ensure safety, hygiene, and brand standards are upheld at all times. Communicate guest preferences, requests, or concerns to management. Assist with inventory control, towel/robe management, and daily checklists. Work collaboratively with the Spa, Reception, and Housekeeping teams. Handle guest complaints calmly and professionally. Identify upselling opportunities when appropriate to enhance guest experience. Requirements: Previous experience in hospitality, spa, wellness, or luxury guest service. A qualification in Spa, Wellness, or Hospitality (preferred). Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Strong organization and multitasking abilities. A naturally calm, polished, and professional personal presentation. Exceptional guest care skills with high levels of discretion and empathy. Knowledge of spa etiquette, wellness services, and basic safety standards. Competence using computer systems (Opera experience is a plus). The ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
