About the Role:
* You will report to the Assistant Manager and work across all premium/luxury beauty brands.
* You will offer expert, unbiased advice to customers, providing them with an unforgettable in-store experience.
This is a sales-based role, with a focus on delivering outstanding results. You will have access to comprehensive training programs, including expert hands-on training with premium brands in-store, as well as online learning resources to further develop your beauty expertise.
You will attend regular conferences, both virtual and in-person, where you will network with fellow Beauty Consultants and stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and innovations.
As a key member of our team, there may be opportunities to get involved with creating engaging social media content, supporting events, or participating in exciting campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice to customers on beauty products and services
* Work collaboratively with the Assistant Manager to drive sales and achieve targets
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of all premium/luxury beauty brands
* Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive in-store experience
