What's the Role All About?
As our Guest Services Manager, you'll be the first smile our guests see and the last friendly face they remember. Your mission? Ensure every guest's stay is filled with comfort, fun, and fantastic memories
Your Daily Adventures Will Include:
Giving our guests the grandest welcome with a warm smile and friendly hello
Making sure luggage, umbrellas, and parking are all taken care of
Navigating busy times with ease - guiding guests around the hotel like a true VIP host
Helping with phone calls, emails, and reservations - because great service is all in the details
Sharing insider tips on the best restaurants, local activities, and hidden gems
Keeping our reception and lobby sparkling clean and welcoming
Acting as the bridge between guests and our fantastic departments - kitchen, housekeeping, restaurant, and more
Anticipating guests' needs before they even ask
Building relationships with our regular corporate guests and making them feel special every time
Hosting wedding arrivals in style and ensuring every detail is perfect
Reporting issues, following up, and making sure everything runs smoothly
Looking after the cottage, the car park, VIP guests, and special moments
Collaborating with Spa & Restaurant teams to fill bookings and recommend in-house dining
Going above and beyond to fulfill all guest requests - big or small
And so much more - your role is all about creating WOW moments and unforgettable stays
What We're Looking For:
A proactive, energetic team player with a passion for excellent customer service
Previous experience in hospitality or a guest-facing role (bonus points)
A great communicator with a warm personality
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to think on your feet
Fluent English and hold a full driver's license
Flexible with weekends and bank holidays
