Job Description:
Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Henry Street, Limerick, fully onsite
Contract: Permanent Part-time
Working Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 9am-5.30pm only.
Note: There will be an initial full-time training period lasting 6 to 8 weeks, Monday – Friday (timing to be confirmed - 10am-2pm or 1pm to 5pm).

Job Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently, collecting information from customers.
* Handle inbound customer inquiries via a virtual call centre.
* Maintain accurate customer records in compliance with CCMA/CPC regulations.
* Drive sales to meet targets, including cross-selling relevant products.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 9 months experience in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
* Enthusiastic to learn and grow with Covalen.
* Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland and able to pass background checks.
* Participate in a virtual interview and complete online assessments via Qualtrics.
