Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Salary: DOE
Full Time - 40 hours
Location: Pins Gastro Bar, The Twelve Hotel, Barna, Co. Galway
As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of Pins. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring the highest level of service delivery and customer satisfaction. This is a leadership position that requires a strong floor presence, strong management skills, excellent communication, commerciality and a dedication to upholding our standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service
* Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management.
* Uphold quality standards for food, service, and cleanliness
* Foster a positive work environment and provide & record ongoing on shift training and development for staff
* Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination between front and back-of-house operations
* Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests
* Daily staff briefings held
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting
* The passion to drive a team from the front on a daily basis
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management,
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and has an ability to grow sales
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
