The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.What you'll be doing: Lead and manage construction or technical projects from initiation to completion.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.Coordinate review from Susquehanna Legal of project contracts and agreementsMonitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Regularly and proactively communicate and, as necessary, get approval for all changes to project schedule, scope or budget with all appropriate stakeholdersReview and approve contractor schedule of valuesReview scopes of work prior to executionReview plans for constructability and compliance to Susquehanna standardsManage stakeholder communications and expectations.Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.Prepare and present regular project reports to management.What we're looking for5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in construction, engineering, or technical environmentsDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldStrong knowledge of project management methodologiesProficiency in project management software as well as Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyFamiliarity with Irish & UK building regulations and industry standards is a plusExperience with sustainability or green building projectsKnowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools If you're a recruiting agency and want to partner with us, please reach out to Any resume or referral submitted in the absence of a signed agreement will not be eligible for an agency fee.
