Job Title: Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple fitting crews on site, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring plant and equipment are sourced and available.
1. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple fitting crews on sites
* Co-ordinate deliveries with our detailer/despatch office
* Ensure plant and equipment needed is sourced and available
* Attend daily/weekly meetings with our client and represent our company accordingly
* Manage our safety on site and carry out safety audits
* Manage our quality on site and carry out inspections and issue sign-offs
* Record progress and manage design changes/delays on site ensuring our project QS is notified daily of any delays and cost implication associated with same
* Report to Contracts Manager
Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
2. Degree/Qualification in Civil/Structural or Construction Engineering
* Minimum of 5 years site experience on civil or building projects
o Ability to maintain high levels of Health & Safety and Quality on site
+ Good engineering knowledge and problem solving skills essential
# Strong communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a large team
