Seeking a fully qualified Electrician to join as an Electrical Crew Lead. In this role, you will supervise electrical apprentices of all phases and solar PV installers, leading the installation of solar systems and related products in residential and commercial properties.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: SOLAS / City and Guilds Electrical Trade Qualification.
* Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service abilities. Proficiency in IT applications such as Microsoft 365, CRM, and FSM systems/apps.
* Certifications: An in-date Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and a full clean driver's license are required.
* Experience: 1-2 years of experience in solar installation (preferred but not essential).

Duties and Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for the installation, including electrical wiring, mounting of inverters, panels and batteries, testing, installation of main switches and commissioning of the electrical elements of the Solar PV installation and EV charging points.
* Act as the crew lead, main driver and supervisor.
* Be the point of contact for your crew and for senior management.
* Focus on customer satisfaction and work quality.
* Adhere to SEAI code of conduct in relation to installations.
* Constant training and development of solar installers who may be on your crew from time to time.
* Attend meetings with senior management to discuss any improvements or changes that may be deemed necessary for the smooth running of the business.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
* Maintenance and full responsibility and accountability for the company van, uniform and any tools/equipment assigned to you and the crew.
* Attend any training days deemed necessary by the business.
* Ensure you are constantly covered to attend sites, and all health and safety certificates are in date.
