We are recruiting a Commercial Director for a well-established, market-leading manufacturing and solutions business operating within the construction and infrastructure supply chain.This is a critical executive leadership role with full responsibility for the end-to-end commercial performance of the business. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping future direction, delivering sustainable growth, and strengthening market positioning.The RoleAs Commercial Director, you will design and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with the organisation’s long-term objectives. You will lead and develop a high-performing commercial function while working closely with senior stakeholders across operations, finance, and growth teams to ensure full strategic alignment.This role requires a visionary, commercially astute leader with the ability to drive revenue, profitability, customer focus, and operational excellence in a complex, corporate environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and own a clear commercial strategy and roadmap aligned to business objectivesDrive year-on-year sustainable revenue growth and enhanced market positioningIdentify and build strategic partnerships that support long-term growth and competitive advantageEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholdersExperienceMinimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior commercial leadership role (Commercial Director, Chief Commercial Officer, or equivalent)Proven track record of driving commercial excellence, revenue growth, and market expansionExperience operating at senior level within a structured, corporate or matrix organisationBackground within manufacturing, construction products, infrastructure, or related sectors preferredWhat’s on OfferBase Salary: up to €150,000Bonus: 20% of base salaryCompany Car: Audi A4 or equivalent allowance
