Social Care Leader Jobs Westmeath | Mullingar & Athlone Community Care Role Senior Social Care Leadership | Youth & Family Support | Community & Residential Services We are recruiting a Social Care Leader to support young people and families within community and residential social care services across Westmeath, working one day per week in Mullingar and one day per week in Athlone.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role combining direct care delivery, safeguarding responsibility and staff supervision, supporting young people under 18 affected by substance and alcohol misuse.
The role plays a critical part in ensuring safe, structured, person-centred and compliant care across regulated services.
