The ideal candidate will have experience safely operating HGVs in compliance with Irish road and transport laws. They will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations, ensuring timely delivery and accurately completing all delivery documentation and logs.
A clean Cat C+E driving license, digital tachograph card, and up-to-date CPC modules are essential requirements. Hiab/Moffet experience is desirable but not necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate HGVs in compliance with Irish road and transport laws.
* Transport goods to various locations, ensuring timely delivery.
* Perform daily vehicle checks and report any mechanical issues.
* Accurately complete all delivery documentation and logs.
* Follow company procedures and health & safety regulations.
* Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Requirements:
* A full, clean Cat C+E driving license.
* Digital tachograph card.
* Current CPC card – up-to-date with CPC modules.
* 2-3 years' experience with HGV/Arctic driving.
* Hiab/Moffet experience is desirable but not necessary.
