Key Responsibilities:
3. Manage claims from start to finish, ensuring the best outcomes for both the company and customers.
4. Communicate proactively with customers, brokers, and service providers to deliver an excellent claims experience.
5. Assist with monitoring workflows and support your team where needed.
6. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and ensure accurate documentation throughout the process.
What We're Looking For:
7. Previous claims handling experience or a background in motor insurance.
8. APA ( personal and commercial insurance) - IS A MUST
9. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
10. A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach.
