We are seeking a Retail Sales Growth Manager to drive expansion and support our retail network across the Western Region. With a strong background in retail, you will develop sales strategies, strengthen existing partnerships, and build new ones to maximize opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and growing retail accounts, building lasting relationships
* Identifying and securing new retail partnerships within the region
* Providing customers with product offerings and business solutions
* Representing the organization at meetings, site visits, and industry events
You will utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines and track progress, working towards targets on sales, margin, and operational standards.
Requirements:
* A proven retail sales background with experience in account management
* Skills in customer service, negotiation, and relationship building
* Commercial acumen with the ability to deliver against KPIs
* Effective communication skills, able to influence stakeholders
* Flexibility, proactivity, and comfort with regular travel
