Job Description
We are seeking a Hospitality Team Member to join our housekeeping team in a busy hotel. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness in bedrooms and bathrooms
* Clean all public areas within the hotel
* Collaborate with the Front Office Manager and Reception Team to achieve guest expectations
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Previous experience as a Hospitality Supervisor or Senior Assistant
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
