About the Role
As an Advanced Rehabilitation Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in assessing, treating, and supporting people in the community. Your work will help individuals regain mobility, maintain independence, and improve their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and treatments for patients with various conditions.
* Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care.
* Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.
* Support early discharge from hospitals by providing rehabilitation and reablement interventions in the community.
* Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and seamless patient care.
* Engage in regular supervision, peer learning, and professional development opportunities to enhance your expertise.
* Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy.
* CORU registration as a Physiotherapist.
* Minimum of three years of post-graduate Physiotherapy experience, preferably in a community or rehabilitation setting.
* Strong experience in rehabilitation, falls prevention, musculoskeletal, and/or neurological Physiotherapy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
