Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the kitchen brigade to deliver consistently outstanding dishes to Michelin-star standards.
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations including service, prep, quality control, and staff management.
Drive menu development with innovative, seasonal, and locally-sourced creations.
Maintain strict adherence to HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Manage kitchen budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships.
Requirements: Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a Michelin-starred or fine dining kitchen.
Exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
A passion for delivering refined, modern cuisine with creativity and consistency.
Strong knowledge of current food trends, sustainability, and sourcing best practices.
Fully up to date on all HACCP and food safety protocols.
