This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced developer with strong people management skills to lead a growing team and deliver large-scale digital transformation projects for global clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and delivery of front-end applications using Angular (version 2+) .Manage, mentor, and develop a team of front-end developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.Work closely with UX/UI, backend, and project teams to deliver scalable and high-performing digital solutions.Participate in architectural and strategic discussions across front-end and full-stack projects.Champion coding standards, best practices, and continuous improvement.Keep up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to technical innovation.Skills & Experience7+ years' professional experience in front-end development, including team leadership or people management .Proven expertise in Angular (2+) and solid proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript .Experience in responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and integrating with RESTful APIs .Exposure to Java / Spring frameworks or full-stack development is an advantage.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD pipelines preferred.RequirementsMust hold a valid visa / right to work in Ireland — no sponsorship available due to project timelines.Available to start immediately or within 4 weeks .Background in management consultancy or enterprise-level project delivery is desirable.To apply or learn more, please send your CV to.Only candidates meeting the required experience and visa eligibility will be contacted.
