Salary: £14-£16 per hour inclusive of Service Charge
Role Responsibilities:
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be passionate about food and dedicated to providing excellent customer service to ensure our guests have a memorable dining experience and want to return.
You will be friendly and knowledgeable about our menus and offers, serving as the face and heart of the 108 Brasserie. Your role covers lunch and dinner service, providing a great cocktail experience and sharing your knowledge and passion for wine, cocktails, and food with customers and colleagues.

The 108 Brasserie
Located in Marylebone, 108 Brasserie features two distinctive areas: a chic bar and a modern dining space with global cuisine. Its outdoor terrace, decorated with greenery, offers a relaxing spot to enjoy British summertime. The interiors blend traditional and modern styles, with rich red leather, burnt orange mohair upholstery, parquet flooring, and a dark stained oak bar, creating a stylish and inviting atmosphere.
