Site Manager (Residential Housing) Malahide, North Dublin Site Manager required for a leading residential builder to work on a housing project in Malahide in North Dublin with at least a 2 year duration and is just starting. We are ideally looking for a Site Manager with housing development experience in either Ireland or the UK. Requirements: 5+ years experience at Site Management level working a main contractor or developer High volume housing experience preferable (40 units +) Proven track record of managing high-volume high-quality housing projects (Ireland or UK) Good at leading a team Excellent attention to detail Must speak fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland. Role: Ensure works are carried out in compliance with planning, health & safety, environmental standards, and to a high quality. Take full responsibility for project delivery from tender stage construction to handover. Support the management of the project budget in collaboration with the wider team and Quantity Surveyor etc. Prepare project plans, programmes, and risk management strategies. Manage the flow of information to site teams, stakeholders, and project partners. Lead and coordinate the site team (both direct and subcontracted), ensuring the project progresses according to programme.
