* Deliver coaching, mentoring, and intensive job search support to clients.
* Identify training solutions in consultation with in-house experts.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local labour market.
* Strong case management capabilities, including decision-making, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
* Highly self-motivated and able to work independently as part of a team.
