Employment Advisor Role

The role of an Employment Advisor involves delivering high-quality customer service and administrative support to clients seeking employment opportunities.

* Manage a caseload of clients, coordinating internal specialists and external organisations to provide personalised support services.
* Provide one-to-one advice and guidance to empower clients towards sustainable employment.
* Develop and manage comprehensive case management plans for each client, working towards successful employment outcomes.
* Utilise assessment technology to identify client goals, ambitions, and barriers to employment.
* Deliver coaching, mentoring, and intensive job search support to clients.
* Identify training solutions in consultation with in-house experts.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local labour market.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
* Strong case management capabilities, including decision-making, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
* Highly self-motivated and able to work independently as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to build rapport and trust with clients, motivating them to take ownership of their journey and achieve positive change.
