EXADS is an international software start up specialising in ad tech. In business since 2013, EXADS is a self-sufficient, well-funded and privately owned company with offices in Dublin and Porto. We are part of a wider group called EXOGROUP which is headquartered in Barcelona and has offices in Valencia and Tarragona with +200 talents. We actively develop and maintain our own proprietary ad-serving technology platform and custom-built infrastructure enabling us to innovate and deploy new features quickly in a fast-moving industry. We are revolutionising the online ad-serving industry for advertisers, publishers and networks alike.
The Role
We are seeking to recruit a highly skilled Product Manager to join our dedicated product development squad in either Dublin or Porto to design and deliver on the strategy, roadmap and new features of our successful ad serving platform. Product Management is essential to the fabric of EXADS as we work to innovate on our technology platform and evolve our advertising suite of products into the future. Reporting to the EXADS Product Director, the Product Manager needs to have a passion for open-source software, product development, user experience, analytics and design while working in a fast-paced, challenging and rewarding environment. They will be confident in gaining deep product knowledge, along with analysing the industry, our competitors, and most importantly our customers, in order to lead the team in making strategic product decisions from conception through to delivery of a new product or service.
Responsibilities
* Define and manage the product roadmap at a high level and stay on top of the latest trends.
* Liaise with product stakeholders both externally and internally across EXOGROUP to enhance, improve and market product capabilities.
* Define and collaborate on product launch plans with complete transparency for all stakeholders on product go-to-market activities.
* Project management of key features: plan, lead, organise and control all aspects of delivery towards release to production and success in the market.
* Gather and document product requirements along with relevant acceptance criteria for effective delivery within multi-disciplinary squads.
* Integrate market analysis, research and usability studies into product requirements.
* Support product development within squads.
* Define, analyse and report on metrics relating to the success of products to relevant stakeholders.
* Support, document and continuously improve internal processes for product delivery.
* Ensure all customer-facing documentation is up to date and in line with current product offerings.
* Onboarding and training of new Product team members.
Skills & Experience
* 3+ years product management experience
* Knowledge of the ad-tech industry is a plus
* Excellent organisational and project management skills
* Strong multi-tasking capabilities
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrable stakeholder management skills
* Excellent written, spoken and interpersonal communication skills
* Strong technical background
Education & Qualifications
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
