If you seek an entrepreneurial, flexible, and team-oriented culture, you could be who we are looking forKey Responsibilities and Duties: Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to benchmark performance and influence decision-making around cost efficiency and operational improvements.Lead monthly operational reporting, including variance analysis, and provide insightful presentations to senior leadership.Calculating standard costing of productsPreparing journal entries in relation to manufacturing accountingMargin variance analysis and investigating significant variancesFinance lead on process improvement projects in relation to costingBusiness partnering with various business functionsBudgeting and Forecasting reportingSupport the preparation of management accountsCollaborating with audit teams and providing necessary documentation for internal and external audits.Key Skills and Competencies:Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)2-3 years experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing firmSelf-motivatedExperience in ERP System is desirable
