About the Role
We're seeking a diligent individual to fill our Barista/All Rounder position. This role combines the responsibilities of a barista, till operator, and general cafe staff member. You'll be accountable for serving customers with exceptional coffee and a friendly attitude while maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare high-quality coffees and drinks to our standards.
• Operate the till, handle payments, and manage customer orders efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks with attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming cafe environment (front of house & service areas).
• Assist with food prep, stock rotation, and general kitchen support as required.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome.
• Support the wider team by stepping in wherever needed during busy periods.
The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for someone with strong communication and customer service skills. Previous cafe or retail experience is preferred but not essential; we'll provide training. A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to get stuck in are also important. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good attention to detail and flexibility to cover different shifts and tasks across the cafe.
