To be considered, candidates must be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes, as occasional driving of company vehicles will be required. Working in close collaboration with the Transport Manager, you will coordinate driver schedules, manage route adjustments, and manage customer-related queries across multiple communication channels. Beyond transport coordination, you will play a hands-on role in warehouse operationspicking and packing orders for dispatch and operating a counterbalance forklift to manage incoming parcels efficiently. Given the dynamic nature of the business, adaptability is essential. You will occasionally be called upon to collect or deliver parcels within the Dublin region, helping to ensure smooth and timely logistics operations. Responsibilities: Coordinate daily transport operations by scheduling routes, rerouting drivers, and resolving delivery issues. Support warehouse operations by picking and packing orders for dispatch. Operate the counterbalance forklift to unload and manage incoming parcels. Occasionally collect or deliver parcels within the Dublin region using company vehicles. Assist with general administrative tasks, including maintaining records and supporting operational reporting. Requirements: Proven experience in airfreight exports or a related logistics role. Strong understanding of export documentation, airfreight processes, and customs regulations highly desirable. Flexibility to support both transport and warehouse functions as needed. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple client needs. Full EU B Drivers License. Proficiency in logistics software specifically Azyra and Microsoft Office. Counterbalance forklift certificate essential.
