Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Northern Ireland.
This role is ideal for a proven sales professional with experience in electronic security, who excels at building strong relationships and driving business growth.
The successful candidate will work closely with integrators, end-users, specifiers, and distribution partners to promote Hikvision's products and solutions, ensuring sustained growth and enhanced business performance in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote Hikvision products and services to business partners, including systems integrators, installers, and end-users across Northern Ireland and Ireland.
* Identify and follow up on new business opportunities, arranging meetings and presentations with potential partners.
* Communicate product features, benefits, and developments to business partners, ensuring they understand the value of Hikvision's solutions.
* Introduce and engage partners in the Hikvision Value Added Solution Partnership Program, securing their active participation.
* Collaborate with branded product distribution partners to meet business partners' requirements and deliver exceptional service.
* Provide accurate and timely reports to support business operations and management decisions.
* Deliver product and commercial training to business partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to promote and sell Hikvision solutions.
* Actively support marketing events, exhibitions, and initiatives to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the electronic security or CCTV industry.
* Strong understanding of industry standards, channels, and market sectors.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM systems.
* A positive attitude, strong business acumen, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Willingness to undertake frequent business travel within Northern Ireland, with occasional trips to Dublin and London.

Qualifications:
* A-Level, HNC/HND, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred but not essential).
* Experience in new business acquisition and managing client relationships.
