We are seeking a highly organised and proactive
PA & Office Manager
for a global asset management organisation in Dublin 2 with a strong international presence and an established reputation in investment management.
Operating in a highly regulated environment, the business is supported by experienced in-house teams across key control functions.

The Role:
This is a varied, hands-on position supporting the CEO while also overseeing the smooth running of the office.
You will act as a trusted support to the CEO while taking ownership of day-to-day office operations and administration.
The role offers strong exposure to senior leadership and genuine progression opportunities within a global organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's diary, meetings, and scheduling
Coordinate travel, itineraries, and logistics
Prepare briefing packs, reports, and documentation
Handle confidential correspondence and communications
Support meetings, events, and group travel arrangements
Oversee office operations, supplies, and general administration
Format presentations, documents, and reports
Take minutes and track follow-up actions
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and facilities providers
Support Health & Safety coordination and office compliance
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years' experience in a PA, EA, or Office Manager role
Strong diary and travel coordination experience
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Professional, discreet, and reliable approach
Strong communication and time management skills
Experience in financial services/asset management is an advantage (not essential)
