We're a specialist recruitment agency with a strong presence in the life sciences and engineering markets. Our Engineering desk is experiencing steady growth-particularly in the construction, energy, and renewables sectors. We're now looking for a driven recruiter with a solid agency background and the ambition to build and eventually lead this desk.
The Opportunity
This is a genuine opportunity to step into a warm, high-potential market with active leads and a supportive structure. You'll work closely with senior leadership, with a clear path to a team lead or management role within your first year.
What You'll Be Doing
Own and grow a 360 Engineering desk focused on contingency recruitment
Source and place candidates across mechanical, electrical, civil, and project engineering roles
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients across the construction, energy, and renewables sectors
Work closely with leadership to shape the desk and explore retained/project-based recruitment options
Take ownership of your own pipeline and work autonomously with support as needed
What We're Looking For
3+ years' experience in agency recruitment, ideally within engineering or technical sectors
A strong network within the Irish construction/engineering market is a bonus
Self-motivated, commercially minded, and ambitious-keen to step into a leadership role
Comfortable managing your own time and performance, with a collaborative mindset
