Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Facility Management co-ordinator and take ownership of safety systems that protect people, projects, and reputation.
This role is perfect for someone methodical, driven, and passionate about making workplaces safer, smarter, and more compliant.Job ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of Health & safety including the development of risk assesmentsReview learning curriculums for all on site stafTrain all staff on Lone working devices and other client EHS procedures requiring face to face trainingCoordinate site inductions for new employees and external training bookings.Update safety statistics, compile reports/presentations, and monitor compliance.Review all permits completed for onsite work operationsCarry out investigations and complete reports in accordance with onsite SOP'sRespond to subcontractor/client information requests in a timely and professional manner.Log accidents, incidents, and near misses; manage corrective action processes and documentation.Co -ordinate inspections of lifting equipmentOrganise required inspections for various facility operations (including inductions, RAMS, permits to work, communication with equipment owners, and access).
Manage on site registersReview, update and create Pm's as requiredSupport managers in delivering site-specific training and toolbox talks.Communicate updates regarding safety legislation and past incident learnings.Qualifications1+ year in administrative or H&S role (desirable)H&S certification is a plusConfidence to lead training sessions and safety inductions.Calm and clarity when logging and responding to safety incidents.Ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders— contractors, external bodies.
