Food and Beverage Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our management team in this busy 4-star hotel property. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales initiatives.
About the Role
* Assist Senior Managers in supervising the food & beverage service of the hotel, including restaurants, bars, and function/conference rooms.
* Supervise a team of approximately 25-30 staff working within the food and beverage departments.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with kitchen teams on menus/food-related matters
