Senior Project Engineering Leader
This is a challenging role for an experienced process engineer who can lead and manage multiple projects in a dynamic biopharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, EHS, and validation to drive project success.
* Oversee commissioning and qualification of equipment, systems, and facilities to meet GMP regulations and industry standards.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Chemical engineering degree or related field with 10+ years' experience in process and project engineering within the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry.
* Strong track record of project delivery, with expertise in managing timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
