Key Responsibilities
* Leading all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing contracts from pre-construction to completion.
* Reviewing and negotiating terms with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements and project specifications.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering, or related field.
* At least 8+ years of experience in managing MEP contracts and projects, with proven success in delivering large residential and commercial projects.
* Strong knowledge of building services design, MEP systems and construction methods.
